Just another WordPress.com weblog

Another layout

I just finished another layout for the baby boy album. I cant take credit for the embellishments at all. Shirley Okieladybug Thompson shared it on her blog. Fell in love with this instantly. With the new Explore I get to use peoples free SVG files. I love that we have the capability now. I did add the fireworks from the independence day cricut cartridge.
???????????

it was our Workshops on the Go!!! I did the layout package called Sklylark. It includes all the pieces to make two double page layout, with lots of extras when your done. Easy, no thinking to get those photos into your albums. There are also workshops on the go for cards as well. Take a look at them on my website http://www.tkozel.ctmh.com

New use for old stickers

If you’re anything like me, you still have boxes of small stickers. About ten years ago small stickers were the rage…
what could I possibly do with these? A BFF of mine, Janice gave me this idea a few weeks ago. She was using CTMH liquid glass over the top of her older stickers. When they dry, they look just like the epoxy stickers we are buying today.
Here are some old stickers of mine in a box. I then used my liquid glass over the top of them and wallah!!! epoxy stickers! FABULOUS! When it dries it is crystal clear.

I have a whole catalogue of products to learn, so I decided to go through them and share that learning with you. A couple days a week I will pick a product and share with you what it is for. For the first product it is for sure the pages Close to my Heart came out to be used in CM albums only. They don’t fit in any of the Close to my Heart albums at all. They were specifically made for this use. You get 25 in the pack for 19.95 which is a great deal. They are also a bit heavier weight which I feel is a wonderful thing. Partly the reason I chose Close to my Heart is the business sense they used with when deciding to make these.
Hats off to Close to my Heart on this one.
