Well, I better be done with it, since tomorrow is Easter. I made this for my mom for having our entire family (40+) for dinner and not allowing us to do much to help her. Yes, that is ALL immediate family. 7 siblings, their spouses and the kids all add up quickly.
I have some easter grass to fill it with, with a couple assorted candies including peeps. I used the Celebrate with a flourish cartridge for the hoppy easter and the bunnies are from everyday paper dolls. I hope she likes it.
I hope you all have a very nice Easter Sunday!!!
The first one was made using the imagine ancestry cart. I really love how this one turned out.
The second one is made using the sweetheart cartridge and using the imagine blossom cart to add the color.
and finally my third. this was made using the imagine more cartridge.
I play with digital on Mondays, so I decided to share that playing around with you. I love challenging myself with new techniques or just to make something to have printed. I love what you can do with your photos with digital. Somedays it works out very well, and others.. well not so much.
Here is one that worked.. Make a digital photo look like an oil painting. On a background or nature photo it works very wel
then others I dont like so much… I dont like what it does to the facial features.. maybe with more practice I would like it more.
All digital content is made with the Creative Memories Storybook Creator +. It does soooo much for soooo little.
Time to post a winner of the blog candy!
and the WINNER IS…..
check your email Diana.. I need your address to mail your prize to..
It’s Blog Hop time….
Happy Friday! Today we are celebrating the Cricut Card Fairies!! We turned THREE YEARS OLD yesterday! YAY! What are Cricut Card Fairies you may be asking? Well I am here to tell you! We are a group of crafting volunteers who LOVE to send cards to those that need it. To date we have sent over 750 missions all over the globe. That is over 750 smiles and hugs via cards. Isn’t that amazing? I became a fairy in 2009 because I enjoy giving to those in need and I love what the fairies do. If you are interested in becoming a fairy you can email Crystal at email@example.com with your cricut messageboard name and the email for which you wish to receive missions.
Here is what I made for the event!
I used the Creative Memories Cheerful Seasons cartridge for the trees, the Creative Memories Storks Delivery for the animals and balloons, and Once upon a Princess, for the “birthday girl”.
Before you start down on the list take a moment to leave a comment, and you will be entered in a drawing (on Monday) for all of this.. a happy scrapping package!
Now hop on over to the next person on the list…
Here is the list:
Crystal aka Caitlynsmommy http://crystalscraftycreations.blogspot.com/
Tami https://sunsetami.wordpress.com/ YOU ARE HERE!
Here is my entry for a blog hop, with a challenge for anything birthday. I used the Simply charmed cricut cart for all the cuts. I occasionally try challenging my machine and a cartridge, by going as small as I possibly can… this is one of those times. LOL
Card for this weeks challenges. I used the Imagine more cards cart and Creative Memories paper.
